Great location to explore beautiful Chartres. The hotel is nicely decorated, modern and light. The reception service is great and efficient. Superior room was a bit smaller than expected but quite comfortable. Some issue with dirty sink in the bathroom and the shower enclosure that was not as clean as we can expect it to be in a 4 star hotel. The other issue was the temperature in the hotel, it was cold, in the room as well as in the restaurant where we took our breakfast. Great experience overall.

The welcome and departure were without fault. We found the room clean and comfortable. There were some extremely noisy guests on our corridor who disturbed our sleep (it was after 11pm and we were too tired after a long day to go out and complain). This is the first time we have encountered such noise.
Breakfast was busy but a good selection provided and when I asked for more bowls, the request was swiftly and pleasantly responded to. We have stayed here several times and will stay again.

Good standard nice rooms, also consider the IBIS styles Charters, as they have nice rooms and a good breakfast also
