The rooms were well cleaned and the service staff members were excellent. The breakfast bar was surprisingly good. The only problem with the room is that it had a difficult time cooling off.

Close to the airport. Large for European rooms. Clean and quiet. Bathroom was a bit small but it had tub/shower combo. No iron in room. Breakfast was delish but pricey ($20). Good wifi. Xbox and angry birds in the lobby for the kiddies.

Medium cost structure classic from Novotel but a bit old. Good service at the reception in the evening (prepared, fast and honestly smelly) and in the morning.
The breakfast is medium low. Some good point like the fresh fruit but some missing point: no napkin to handle the bread which is handle by everyone directly, no more hot water, and the sausages still link connected by 4...

The staff is very nice, though the receptionist was alone and overwhelmed with requests, so we waited a bit before the check-in. It's not his fault and did quit a good job in spite of the situation.

easyJet cancelled our flight back to Manchester so put my friend and I up in here for the night free of charge. We both had our own double bedroom with a bath and shower. The bed was excellent and the staff there were also great and very friendly. Spoke good English too.

The hotel knew it was a cancelled flight so provided us with a 25.00 CHF meal voucher which entitled us to a nice meal in the evening once arriving. No alcohol included unfortunately. Nightly specials shown on a board. Can be seen in the image attached. Breakfast was also included in this stay so all round brilliant. Highly recommended hotel.

We'll definitely come back here if have another early flight!

Great hotel and nice people who spoke English. Wonderful breakfast!

Breakfast was nice. There is also a free shuttle top the airport, only ~10min. Sorry convenient!

Very well placed hotel, close to the airport in Geneva. Good service and nice breakfast. Very practical hotel and not that expensive if you book early

Strange NOVOTEL... Room are comfortable, infortunately equipped with moquette... Cleaning is not the best... Internet connection is ok to stream movies. Friendly personnel. Probabily the best hotel u can find around CERN...

The hotel was good and you can see French Alps from the window of the hotel. It was an amazing view. Would love to go again to this hotel if am going for Europe tour

Good hotel near the airport breakfast in the weekend is a bit poor but good spacy rooms and terriffic beds.
