Great hotel in the Novotel chain. Staff friendly and all spoke English. Really good Kids entertainment facilities in the foyer. Restaurant not open until 1900hrs meant we didn't eat there (too late for our kids)

Stayed during Euro 2016. Front desk staff helpful, room was highly comfortable. Decent location too.

Clean and comfortable room, quiet but very central, close to everything. Friendly staff and 5 minutes from Lille Europe station would definitely stay again

This is big Novotel hotel near Gare Lille Flandres. Very convenient place for good nearby restaurants. At walking distance to View Lille also.

Good location, mid-scale rooms and breakfast. Okay for work trips and tourists who don't look for special atmosphere at the hotel. No private parking available, but the public covered parking is nearby (height limit is 1,85 m) and you can drive directly to the hotel door to unload luggage. Restaurants and grocery shop are very close.

I was a bit sceptical as the rooms are simple. But the internet is great, the bed is good, the staff is very friendly and all speak English, and the restaurant serves good food
