Very nice room, bit of a strange entry arrangement in that the reception can only be accessed via a lift, when there's a coach full of people it can take a long time going up 4 at a time

Great location, friendly staff and nice rooms. Doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is nice. The breakfast was ok, not too impressive. Beware if you parked below in the garage, it is quite frustrating to leave from. Other than that, had a great stay

You know what you get inside: Novotel rooms, comfortable, clean and without any surprises. Friendly and efficient staff in general. Sometimes understaffed at the bar. Right in the city center, great location. The building itself is not a great example of architecture. But when you're inside you don't see it.

Good parking spot at reasonable rates for walking around Metz. Very good bakery inside and bookstore.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was an issue with our reservation (not their fault), and they still went out of their way to help us.

Nice and clean hotel, The beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast, with lots of choice.
