The rooms are fine and clean, the staff are great and the tram runs from outside the hotel into Nantes centre a couple of stops away (4 minutes). It's perfectly located for a visit to the machines galleries and all the other city sites. We only had lunch at the hotel the day we arrived and that was fine and reasonably priced. The only slightly awkward part was the parking, you need to obtain a code before going down into the slightly tight underground parking and there aren't many spaces. Other than that it's a great location for a short reasonably priced couple of nights in Nantes.

Friendly staff that will do everything in their power to help; pleasant rooms with every amenity you could need; easy to locate (right by a tram stop) and reasonably priced!

Very helpful friendly reception staff. Changed my first near the elevator room with not a problem. Pleasantly surpised by the quality of dining room food served at dinner. The beer was cold and well deserved after a very long day.

The bi-lingual staff was extremely helpful and I loved the free on-site parking (free places limited). Our room was spacious (even by American standards), with a gorgeous view of the river. The hotel's location is great as well. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Machines de l'Ile. Convenient tram stop directly in front of the hotel as well.

Undergoing renovation at the time. Friendly staff. Rooms are pretty standard - nothing special. The corridors are quite uninviting. Decent breakfast selection but nothing to shout about.

Great price and good location. Very new rooms, fully equipped, and amazing breakfast buffet. Hughly recommended!
