Defenetly worst service I ever had in my life. Starting from shuttle guy who didnt picked us up, from the airport, to the waitres in the restorant. I was literally shocked how employees behave in this place. From far worst place I ever ever ever been in my life.

Excellent!
Great hotel, very close to the airport for convenience. Rooms clean and large enough. All staff from cleaners, waitresses to check-in all go out of their way to help as much as they possibly can. Breakfast buffet has great selection of choices and evening restaurant not too badly priced. Would definitely stay again.

I read some pretty bad reviews of the restaurant here but I have to disagree. I had the Buratta salad as a light meal and chocolate mousse for dessert and loved both. Also the servers were very kind and helpful even as I didn't speak their language. Great experience overall!

I didn't stay there but was catching an early morning 4am bus to Italy next door. I was alone with my children and we didn't have any water. The night manager very kindly gave me two bottles of water free of charge sayong compliments of Novotel. Will always be grateful

Typical business hotel. Lack of spa or pool was sad. Get a blue bike from over the road and bike into town or to cap 3000 for decent food!

Went here for dinner and a drink. Not cheap, drinks or food. But was reasonable quality...

Clean rooms. No swimming pool. Good breakfast. Very closed to the airport. Free car park. Cool view. Kids friendly with a play room and a small gift for children

Wonderful hotel with good location. Very well maintained and clean rooms. They offer very delicious food.
