It's a modern hotel, the accommodations were nice. They do charge you extra for an all you can breakfast. One waiter just didn't seem to want to accommodate us, while another did male us feel welcome. (I was in crutches) the staff are pleasant. At least one will know English (very helpful when it's too late or early to remember how to say certain things in french). The bathroom we had our first night was very nice, the tub looked great and comfortable, but I couldn't use it, at all. They accommodated us the next morning as we asked, and everything was so accessible I was finally able to shower on my own,after 2 months of having to ask my mom for help. It was such a relief, it helped me greatly enjoy my stay, specially after hours of walking in the beautiful city of Paris. Last thing, while they do have 1 USB plug, if you don't live in Europe, invest in an outlet converter, the hotel doesn't carry many and they go quick.

Wish I'd managed to wake up earlier to enjoy the breakfast for longer - as it was very nice.

Bad! Free internet speed is about 70kbps! Forget to watch youtube, you barely can send an email. They force you to buy high-speed version (9eur). One soap, one shower gel, one shampoo for my whole stay (6 nights!), you have to ask for these. Rooms are old and noisy (close to highway and busy crossing). Never again!

Good location 10 minutes walk from metro near perrier station price reasonable and good size bedrooms kid stay free and breakfast free too if under 17 breakfast. From 6.00 to 10.00 at 10 sharp they remove all breakfast so don't be late !cafe cup in the room are very dangerous they are weak and will collapse when use for hot drink and burn yourself the entrance of the hotel could do with a gardener is not tidy !

Clean rooms, good room service, good free wifi, no opening windows. Dining hours incorrectly listed in room menus. Short walk to a handful of restaurants, pharmacy, shopping mall, bus stop.

Very unfriendly staff in reception, questionable cleanliness (sticky bad floor), nice staff in restaurant, good breakfast. Never again !

Nice hotel, it was a little noisy though and I got a room that was probably converted from smoking to non-smoking as I could smell it as soon as I opened the door

Nice selection of French cuisine available on the room service menu, and the staff kept the minibar topped up every day.

Too far to transport. About an hour to get anywhere central when you're with kids. Nice hypermarket nearby. No real local cafes for breakfast until Peiriere. Clean and nice rooms though.

Very pleasant stay during a weekend city-break. Friendly (English-speaking) staff, the executive room had a great view of the Eiffel Tower, and the room and facilities were very well presented.

For a 4 star hotel it is rather basic-minimum : furniture / bar / breakfast...
