The hotel is situated in the heart of Paris. The Les Halles station is just 2 minutes. It is also walking distance to many tourist attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame. Customer service was great. Highly recommended to everyone.

Clean, with courteous staff. Bathrooms are modest, but usable. Rooms are of decent size for Paris. Gym next to lobby is an odd choice but good selection of machines.

We spent three days in Paris recently as a family enjoyed the Novotel so much. The staff were super-professional and friendly (and though completely bilingual were charmed when one tried to speak French to them), the breakfast was an absolute feast and our room was beautiful. It was a super-central location: a 15 minute walk from Notre Dame, five minutes from the metro and within walking distance of many medium and fine dining restaurants.

We stayed in a beautiful, fully renovated rooms. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. The morning buffet is delicious. They are very accommodating for my large group. I would highly recommend staying here!

I just visited a friend there, didn't stay for the night. The rooms are as classy as what the entrance seems to insinuate. Is located 20 meters away from one of the most important metro stations in France. Would recommend staying there if you are a tourist and can afford this hotel.

The location is great. My room however was pretty old and in need of renovation, the breakfast buffet not worth the money.

Great location in Les Halles. Major highlights in walking distance and right next to Metro and RER lines. Major construction in front of the hotel, but hasn't been a factor during my stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

Novotel Paris les Halles is a wonderful hotel. The staff are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful and attentive. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted and taken care of. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Great location, at the center of everything and right next to the metro. the restaurant was also lovely with reasonably priced delicious food and a beautiful garden patio. Will for sure be staying here again!
