A modern hotel near the old town and harbor. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Comfortable rooms for a family with children with separate bath and toilet areas and a small kitchen corner

Good sized rooms, good facilities in the room and very close to the port and a very stylish mall with good food options. Friendly staff. Parking location is not ideal and involves a trudge up from the underground public car park which isn't too much of an ordeal unless you're lugging loads of baggage and children. Also the overnight car park (18 euros) runs out at 10 but checkout and breakfast end after that time... So it's a weird situation...

Comfortable hotel a bit away from the old port but right on public transport and a good price. Right next to The Docks mall and The Terraces shopping complex

mediocre for families : convertible beds are difficulty to place, there's ONE hook in the bathroom, sparse shelving, no drawers - however, the location and access is good, breakfast was excellent, staff were always helpful

Lovely view of sea, tram station outside hotel and shopping mall with good food option behind the hotel....

Large rooms and new TVs. Staff are kind and attentive. However, there are a few things that need attention. Hairdryers are integrated on the wall of bathroom; pretty unpractically design and seriously underpowed. Refrigerators were a bit old. When you enter your room, please check if your fridge is working properly.

My usual hotel for work in Marseille. Excellent staff who are a notch above the other accor hotel around the corner. Rooms are rather large being a Novotel suite with free Nespresso coffee and have a fridge and microwave. Rooms with balcony overlook Euromed. Tram is just outside the entrance for access into the city. The only downside is the bathroom which is a prebuilt unit made out of plastic but functions well.
