Don't go to this hotel .. it doesn't worth the money. It should be 3 stars not 4 stars.

Hotel very close to the airport.
I just slept there.
Nice room.
Quality of the breakfast very low.
High price for the quality of the services but convenient for airport.

Great place to relax before a long day of travel the next day. Town is compact enough with a nice park and a selection of restaurants and small markets. Great back patio for evening drinks. Needs better food service.

Extremely helpful and friendly front desk attendant who spoke English fluently. Was able to give us bar and food recommendations within walking distance. Hotel room was pristine. The large room was completely unexpected considering very small accommodations elsewhere in Paris.

Close to airport with gold line shuttle and exposition center

Rooms are dirty with stains and dust.
No airconditioning at all. No air in the room. Impossible to open the windows.
Toilet and shower are ok.

Each time I've had an overnight layover in Paris, I've stayed here. There is a quick and free shuttle to and from the airport that drops you off right in the front of the hotel and airport. The rooms here are spacious and so is the bathroom. You get a separate shower and tub. The saloon doors to the shower room is a bit strange, though. Client service at the front desk is nice and helpful. Good breakfast buffet, but no real restaurant for dinner. You have to go to one of the neighboring hotels on the street for that. One main downside is the AC doesn't work well at all in very hot weather.

Extremely disrespectful staff! Don't go there if you are Arab or Muslim or from middle east!

A white lady in the reception at arrival was disrespectful and racist against us and I discovered later that she is always racist and disrespectful with Arabs and Muslims which is more frequently seen in some places france.

Loved the rooms and breakfast was epic!

The man working in the recption called me a liar and talked to me with a loud voice when I told him that the breakfast was included and they asked for 60 euros to be paid. He even refused to look at my booking confirmation in addition to be disrespectful (for your info: reservation done on their official website). When I spoke in french (foutunately i speak excellent french) and i showed them the confirmation on my smart phone, they asked me to send it by mail so they can look at it!

Terrible customer service they literally make you wait to checking within an hour from the check in time of 12 or make you pay $35. Unprofessional, never had this at any hotel. Seems kind of run down for sure not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Staff seems confused at best.
