Very conveniently located to the Congress center, and has friendly staff. Bathroom did not have sink (it was in the shower) which was slightly odd, otherwise extremely pleasant.

Very pleasent bar. Barman is nice and there is good choice. Decoration is also nice and sober.

Nice hotel in a good location. Food is the restaurant was good, as were the conference facilities.

Rooms can be rather dirty, with cigarette burns in the sofa. No gym or any other sport facilities in winter, only swimming pool in summer. Breakfast is nice, standard continental. Good location, but can be dodgy in the evening/night

Great for family with small children. Friendly, multilingual staff, easy parking, easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Fun books in lobby, and close to Japanese Garden/park and playground which is nice for kids.
