Hotel with modern look, very clean, nice place, friendly staff, everything works the way you expected. Great breakfast, well located and worth its price.

Je n'ai pas trouvé les personnes très accueillantes, professionnelles certes avec un manque de chaleur évident, dommage la relation client est importante...
De plus, 6 euros de supplément pour un room service dans un hôtel 4 étoiles...
Pour le reste c'était très bien

J'ai trouvé l'hôtel très bien. Par contre, ce qui est fortement dommage c'est les toilettes homme de l'accueil. Il n'y a pas de glace ?! Incroyable pour un hôtel 4 étoile !! En plus, a moins que je sois pas doué, je n'ai pas réussis à me laver les mains !! L'eau ne coulait pas après plusieurs tentatives.

I spent a very nice night in that hôtel. it's calm and modern. Receptionists are really available (even during the night). It's modern and really convenient. There's restaurant close to it also :)

I tried to book the location close to CDG airport in Paris. Somehow it got switched to a location 4 hours away from CDG airport. I called and the gentleman from the hotel said that I should have book the location with a similar name and that I would be refunded if I sent confirmation of booking. I tried to book it but thankfully the screen just went black a few times. When looking that on up to call them it showed the location as alway being hours away from CDG airport!! I finally gave up and booked at a different hotel. OCeania have so far refused to refund my money!!

Très bel hôtel, avec du personnel à l'écoute de ses clients.
Ex : J'ai eu une nuisance sonore qui a été rapidement réglé et pris en compte, belle réactivité du personnel, rien à dire. Bravo à vous.
Je le recommande fortement.
