Lovely place :)

This place is discustingly filthy! The room smelt like they havnt been used in years. The rooms are very very small we had 2 small carry on bags andhad no where to put them so had to shut the door and place them behind the door of the room. The bed sheets where dirty and the top blanket had massive yellow/brown stains on it. As for the sheets they had stains and found hair in the bed, the pillows little european size very soft but had lots of lumps as they are old. The pillow cases were dirty had like dribble marks on them.
I hated this place so bad the people were rude as soon as we arrived, they didnt even welcome us gave one key i needed another and he gave me one and said that the other would has been canceled, was very fustrating.
The second night i arrived after a day out and i had put "please do no disturb" on the door.
...well we come back to room with the bed sheets been changed and things moved around in the room as its quiet small. I went to hop in to bed and i noticed the sheets had been changed as the ones with stains on them changed to haveing ones with black big marks all over it and black hand marks. I ended up getting clean sheets and making the bed my self that night also got clean pillow cases as they didnt change them.
I did however mention about the "do not disturbe sign" the reply was sorry but thats how we do it here. ... so you just enter my room when i said "do not disturbe" ahhh right sorry but thats not how it works.
THE BREAKFAST yukkkk wft was that 5 pieces of ham that had white creamy look to it most likely going off.. coffee is unpleasant.
We couldnt wait to get out from there.
The airconditioning didnt work , wifi didnt work, the toilet was dirty as it had old urine stains on the toilet seat. When you have a warm showed the tiny bathroom steams very quickly and you can see everything. Like where they have cleaned mirror the tiles in the shower the floor 40% has been cleaned as you can see where they have wiped down to clean.
Dont stay here unless your extremly desperate. Believe me youll be disappointed.

Hôtel Opéra Lafayette was a pleasure to stay at and I will certainly come back to this location as well as recommend it to others. No complaints, no suggestions other than "keep it up".

Not sure why this is considered a "3-star hotel" because it is THE BEST hotel I have stayed at, including luxury 5+ star ones.
No, I'm not exagerrating.
Yes, the rooms are teeny tiny and the bathrooms even smaller but they are extremely well kept and are VERY clean.

Good location, friendly staff, decent free wi-fi. Double bed was actually two single beds dressed separately and the shower was tiny.

I never saw the housekeeping staff or anyone except reception but these people definitely do their job well. The WiFi worked fine with no interruptions.

Nice enough for our stay of 5 nights. Although not happy our bed was 2 single beds pushed together, wasn't at all comfortable. Shower was so small!! No tea or coffee to have in our room. Although it was in reception, but it costs 2 Euro if it's outside of breakfast hours. The plus side is that the Wi-Fi was free and decent. Breakfast was fine, just cold items, fruit was from a tin. Reception was friendly enough and the location was good.

My parents and I had a lovely stay in Paris. The room was clean and spacious and very centrally located. Breakfast was included in our package, and the restaurant had a lovely ambience with a great selection of cereals, pastries, fruit juice and teas and coffees.

Good transport around Paris and far enough away frim the bustle without leaving city.

The complementary breakfast is excellent and has the simple favourites we all like to go for. Their croissants are especially good.

It was Nice and good atmosphere

It is about a block (3-5min walk) from metro and 2 blocks from a convenience/grocery store with small restaurants across the street as well as pharmacy around the corner from the hotel.

My daughter and I enjoyed the convenience and helpful staff members and it's close proximity to supermarket, public transport with a view of the local park. The room was huge and clean with great street views and a lovely bath. We enjoyed dining at the local child friendly restaurant across the road. The Hotel was within walking distance of Gallery La Fayette and other attractions.

Small rooms and showrooms, old.place, not classy, very light breakfast, welcoming staff, not romantic in any way.
