The location of the hotel is excellent. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Grotto.

2 nights stay. Room was dirty and very small, the carpet not vacuumed you can see the dust and dirt on carpet. Bed cover filthy,you can tell not washed. Bathroom smells like urine. When I opened closet glass door, plank of wood from ceiling fell with nails sticking out, luckily I was fast enough to avoid the plank of wood to fall on my face and nail hitting my face. Wall hair dryer caught on fire, when we called front desk, they said they would send someone. The whole day passed, no one came to fix.
Door key would not open, we had to try and wait for over 30 minutes, our tour guide finally had to get a master key to open our room, we missed the rosary procession.
We were transferred to a larger room on the new area of the hotel building 4th floor. You need a lot of improvement.

Personally, I wouldn't stay here again, but I've stayed at worse hotels in my life.

Overall the hotel location is excellent, with very kind and professional staff. The hotel room and breakfast buffet selection were both fair at best, however for most of our vacation in Lourdes, we were outside exploring the city center and at the Grotto. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and I would most likely stay at the Hotel Paradis again.

I again had a wonderful stay. I have stayed here so many times, it was just as good as always. The staff are friendly, the food is nice, and the hotel is beautiful!
The only issue I had was on one occasion the cleaners did not put new toilet rolls into the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel! Loved the interior specially the bar and the lounge. The front desk staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very Mich and will be coming back.

The hotel room we stayed at was spacious and reasonably clean. However, the furniture is definitely outdated. The TV in the room was very small, maybe about 21.5" inches and broken. Not to mention there were almost zero outlets for myself and family to use. The only outlet we were able to use was the outlet the TV would have used if it was working.

This is a wonderful hotel close to the sanctuary. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized rooms for reasonable prices.

Very nice hotel! People are friendly, the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable, and my overall experience was very welcoming. However, two things to make it a 5/5 place: 1) breakfast was expensive, but had pretty bad food. 11 euros for just some eggs and croissants? 2) Wifi is strong, but does NOT reach any room. I see people regularly hanging out outside their rooms simply to get a connection. However, besides these two factors, lovely place!

You don't realize how important a "Do not disturb" sign is until you're without one....like at this hotel. I inquired at the front desk how I could let the staff know​I didn't want them to go into my room and they looked at me with surprise like this is something no one has ever asked before. Is it really that expensive to print up some DND signs like every other hotel in existence? /Rant

It's reasonably clean, not super clean. My sink still had bits of something from previous guests. Terrible outlet placement...and literally one outlet I could easily find. I moved the beds away from the wall and couldn't find more behind them. The hallway and room has an odor to it.... and not a good one.

The selection for breakfast at the hotel wasn't very big, but more than reasonable. Staff all around the hotel were very kind and helpful.

Common facilities such as restaurant and lounge etc. are star class where amenities inside room are very basic and normal enough to disappoint a online Booker first time.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Its location is superb, shops are just nearby and walking distance. It's an easy walk to the church.
