I like this hotel it is in a nice area near Metro stations don't expect in room coffee or a large TV do expect great service and friendly staff who will help you discover Paris

The wifi didn't work. The staff continually blamed me as they misspelt my name originally. I didnt care about the misspelling but every time it didn't work there was a new excuse - you need the password upper case, lower case, etc. Why it couldn't just be left as it was I don't know. When I complained they said why don't you call us each time from the phone? There are no signs as to what number to dial for reception. The internet is also painfully slow!!!! The room is bare. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the lift is tiny and always occupied. The prior week my wife was given a corporate rate only to discover they never applied it and insisted on the full price which it would never achieve on an aggregator site where you see what's it really worth. I would NOT pay a Euro over 50 for the room. The Libertel at Gare du Lest is different class for about 10 Euros per night more. If you can book there instead, don't think twice.
