The worst costumer service I have ever come across. Receptionist is rude. The hotel doesn't have waiting area and also said that they don't have toilet only inside the rooms which I think is absolutely ridiculous. We requested early checking checking when we was booking. After being on the road all night with 3 children. They showed no care. Didn't even say we will try our best to see what we can do. Straightforward no.

Reasonably priced, less than 10 minutes walk from Torcy RER stations and restaurants; and based in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Rooms small but clean, fully air-conditioned with a wall mounted TV.

This would have to be the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. First off I was charged more than what I should have paid when I booked online, with no intention of the staff member to drop the price to what it should have been. The room is extremely small and the bathroom is a total joke. The shower is so small and if you dont close the shower curtain properly you can guarantee the toilet seat is going to get wet, the floor gets very slippery too. The push panel button that flushes the toilet was broken so when you had to flush the toilet you had to use two hands one to hold the push panel and the other to flust the toilet otherwise the panel will fall off, take a roll of toilet paper with you because the toilet paper they provide is like small tissues you blow your nose with. You only get one bathroom towel per person, which is fine but there was no floor towel or face towel. So we had to use clothing to stand on after showering. The room service was terrible the cleaners came in to clean our room at 9.30am, they will knock say room service and then they will open your door with no warning. The first morning I was half naked when the lady entered. This happened the 3 days we were there. On our 2nd day we spent the day at Disneyland to come back and find our room wasn't servised and beds not made. Oh and if you have a room with a bunk bed they will not make that bed so be warned. We did not have breakfast there so I'm not too sure what the food is like, but I reccommend the supermarket thats a walk away. Only good thing about this hotel is that it had good air conditioning. It's close to restaurants and supermarkets and of course the train station to take you to Disneyland (3 stops). Avoid this hotel if you can the Campanile is across from it.
