I stayed during the years various times in this hotel, last time six years ago. Since then this hotel has lost its quality. The parking which was in the past guests only is open for the public also on a night when there is a concert in the nearby stadium. So no decent parking left for guests. The room was in bad repair with a bath which was not running, dirty carpet and a rusty and damaged steel cupboard. In the bed there is not a top mattress, but some undefined absorption material to protect the bed. You wonder what has been absorbed before you use the bed. (Or better not) The meal in the restaurant was good if it would have been warm when served. Good breakfast

Great service, very helpful staff. Fireworks at night time over the lake, which might be visible from the hotel rooms. Room upgrades for platinum Accor members, along with chocolates and petit fours.

Excellent location, room and facilities with plenty of parking. Also opposite a tram stop that takes you directly into central Bordeaux. A great stop over.

Excellent full service hotel. Location is outside the city core but the C line train stop is right outside the hotel and is a 15 min ride to the city centre. Staff, particularly Arthur at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Wifi throughout the entire hotel.
