We checked in to the hotel as our flight was in the morning. Rather than risk missing our flight, we checked into the hotel the night before.

This Hotel has the right Vibe from the moment you drive up. Everything is very modern, including the amazing architecture. The facilities are all First Class and in tip top condition. The Service from Reception to the Restaurant would be hard to beat. The Housekeeping was spotless, and the cuisine well worth mentioning. In my humble opinion, if you are looking for Quality accommodations, and a full service hotel by CDG Paris look no further.

Our only suggestion would be that having a complimentary porter to help with the luggages between the hotel and the station would be useful.

The hotel was steps from getting off the airport shuttle train. No need for other forms of transportation! Super friendly and helpful staff. Immaculately clean. QUIET!! No airplane noise. Great dinner and excellent wine at the in-house restaurant. Would recommend highly.

Everything about our experience was top-notch. All staff members we encountered were courteous, kind, and quick to serve. Very nice accommodations - clean and upscale. Short walk to free airport shuttle tram that arrived every 4 minutes. Extremely convenient to the airport. Very good value for the price.

This was our second stay at the Pullman and just like our first experience, it was fantastic. From the friendly and helpful greeting on arrival, to the excellent food in the restaurant, the enjoyable experience at the bar, and the very comfortable room, everything proves that this hotel is incredibly well run by caring and happy staff. It's the sort of place we would come just for a break even if we weren't flying the next day! Thank you to everyone.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at near an airport. Easy check-in to my room. The beds were very comfortable too. I ordered room service and it was fantastic, and I also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. You serve the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever ate. I will definitely be back. Thank you

The hotel was quite impressive and exceeded expectations. With good sized room, the hotel was value for money. The restaurant was excellent and the vibe of the hotel was pretty cool, the way hotels should be these days.

Rooms were fantastic. Electrical outlets for multiple countries, clean, comfortable beds with a selection of pillows. Great shower and bathroom amenities. The restaurant was good, but maybe a little pricey. Overall very satisfied.

Beautiful room. Wonderful and helpful check in and check out experience. Great air conditioning. Complete, wonderful buffet breakfast and good dinner offerings. I would highly recommend Pullman hotel at the CDG airport outside Paris.

I checked in but the internet was not working so they were not able to upgrade my room like they should have . Also, luckily I could tether to my phone or I would not have been able to get work done. Other than that, the place is very nice and the employees are the friendliest and the nicest and go the extra mile. I love staying in this hotel the night before I fly out of Paris. It would be nice if the coupon for a free welcome drink included champagne and inexpensive cocktails like Ricard etc. Some of us do not drink beer and I prefer wine with my dinner and not as a drink in the bar.

We especially want to commend your reception person, Ms. Francesca (we believe). We were very tired when we arrived on Monday afternoon, August 21 (flying from Seattle to London to Paris) and we had a difficult time finding the hotel because of poor directions. She made us feel welcome and well cared for. She got us quickly to our room. Please give her our grateful thanks for a job well done. Other reception staff were also quite helpful later in our stay. We look forward to our return on Tuesday.
