Quite distant from central Paris but a very good option at it's price. With a metro station outside the hotel the distance does not feel much. Right choice for longer stay.

It's really awful, security guards are staring you meanwhile breakfast. The rooms are uncomfortable. The only positive thing is its metro stop in front of the hotel.

The hotel had a nice location, there is a mall near and also is very easy going to turistic points because there is a metro station outside. I got a double room for me and my brother. The rooms were small and the didn't had a safe box. They had a tub but it could be a problem for tall people like me to fit in there.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel despite reading poor reviews. If you're a student the rooms are more then acceptable, clean and not a bad size. On the day of my check in I was surprised by pleasant staff following the reviews I had read, however the following day we encountered a receptionist with brown bushy hair, glasses and a squeaky voice and more then understand. She who was not only extremely rude, but was inflexible and is clearly taking out her home issues onto the hotel guests.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Parking is terrible. It's 10 euros provided that you have parked at the right level of multy storey car park, pick the wrong lane and you in for 80 euro bill next morning. Rooms are awful, nothing like the pictures you see online. See the picture that I have uploaded. Heating didn't work, could not connect to WiFi, dirty toilet seat and bath with hair in it upon arrival and to top it all off hotel located in the roughest neighbourhood in Paris, yes metro is 50m away but be prepared to be offered drugs by it late at night, there homeless people sleeping under the bridge near by, lots of unfriendly drunks late at night. And there is a continuous flow of random man bringing what seems to be prostitutes into the hotel.
Simple and straight forward DO NOT BOOK in to this hotel. The well-being of your self and family is by far grater then value for money which this hotel doesn't represent anyway. Be safe and book with Best Western, Ibis, Marriot or someone else. Oh yes and forgot to mention we were also charged £50 deposit about which we didn't know and have not been informed about at all.

Wasn't prepared for the small size of the hotel but I really appreciated the emphasis on reducing the carbon footprint and I really liked the number of options for food and the proximity to a mall!

The hotel is close to the underground, which is very practical. The rooms are small but comfy. You get a gold breakfast each morning. Overall a good hotel for the price
