If your looking for true 5 star luxury close to what's happening in st tropez I would look further. If you want a unique modern spa type retreat this is the right place.

C est un bon steak house. Par contre ne rapport qualité prix me semble très disproportionné. Dessert faussement sophistiqué.

Some of the things in our room were broken when we checked in and we reported them to the management. Things such as the automatic curtains which wouldn't close, the mini fridge door not closing properly and the door hinge on the bathroom being busted.

Pros: beautiful room, friendly staff (except assistant manager) beautiful unique property

Stay if you want to unwind at the property away from the city. Don't stay if you plan on night life or touring the city as it is far away and taxis are unreasonable after hours.

Cons: ran out of hot water, food is average, hotel recycles staff bag porter, waiter, maintenance at one point were all the same guy. Seems to be a trend that management brushes off or blames guests for problems.

The other cons were that some ignorant guests would reserve chairs that they weren't using or space themselves out so that there was one chair wasted between them. Guests really do milk their time sitting around the pool, so you have to go at the crack of dawn to grab a seat.

We checked in rather late and we're excited to have reached our destination. The property itself is also beautiful especially around the pool area. We loved the look of our room which was more a bungalow as it was furnished and designed in a more modern way than most other hotels in the area. Loved the high ceilings and the bathroom was stunning as was the outdoor shower area. It was also nice we had our own little patio as well.

The location is also quite remote and further away from the town. Definitely not within walking distance especially if it's a chilly night. We only used the shuttle service once and we didn't know it did not take you into the town; it just takes you to the edge of town. Not close enough on a cold night such as when we were there. Also, watch your credit card because they tried to charge our card twice!

Stayed there for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. Good cocktails, nice food. Looking forward to spending a night overthere.

Don't put on nice shoes till you clear the walk ways, they are tiny dusty gravel and will ruin nice shoes.

The room service was Ok. The food was good but it was served lukewarm/cold. The restaurant was decent for food but service was rather inexperienced because the staff were clearly recycled from other positions.

Tips: go for the cocoon room the arched ceilings and huge soaring windows make it special.
