Good location but no lift to go upstairs, old round shaped stairs , no help from staff for service in room , basic amenities in room which promised on website missing , would not recommend to families with small children and old people

DO NOT fall for this luxurious looking room in the advertisement! Spend your money at a better facility!

Good basic hotel near the metro. Rooms lacked some facilities, but were clean and tidy and pleasant enough. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room were nothing like it was published as. It was small, had weird stains on the small sheet that barely fit the bed, leaking shower and sink faucets, and rude service at front desk.

This hotel is marked as accessible on it's website and expedia, however, only one, first floor room is accessible, so you must call and request an accessible room. Otherwise, you may have to climb 1-5 flights of stairs. Hotel was dirty, with dirty sheets, uncleaned floors, and smelly surroundings. We visited in November and the room was kept so hot that the floor would heat our clothing in our luggage. We had to open the windows to keep comfortable and the noise outside was unbearable. People screamed at the top of their lungs outside at all hours of the night. Neighborhood was not safe to walk around alone. We were scoped out by pickpockets next to the subway multiple times.

Hotel Sofia is ok hotel in Paris. The receptionist Mamadou Bah is a great person , he is very helpful, he is providing a great customer service. Beside him , the hotel needs the shower door, the stairs...
I am giving 4 stars because the receptionist Mamadou Bah !

Want to get a refund or change hotels? They will tell you they cant until the next morning and then when the next morning comes they will charge you for that day, and then tell you that you have to check out when check-out time comes around.

OK for the price and good location (near Sacré Cœur, but neighborhood is a bit shady). Left a lot to be desired. Room was spartan to say the least and lighting and decor was cold and uninviting (grey everything + pale blue fluorescent lighting = morgue). Kitchen was barely serviceable and unappetizing to use (one glass for a room with 4 beds?!). Bathroom had a permanent off-putting odor. Beds were small and the one and only pillow provided per bed was pathetic. Pros: Room was quiet (no street noise at all) and we were able to leave our bags for the afternoon when we checked out. Wifi worked well.
