I would stay there when I visit Strasbourg again!

They have a very good breakfast and room service as well but don't really have a kitchen prepared for other meals. This wasn't a big deal for us b ecause there are so many good restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner. We had deinks amd appetizers in the courtyard. The bar is well stocked and the drinks were well made and they didn't skimp. The sitting area indoors was comfortable and inviting and a lot of guests would find their way in there and it made for some nice meetings with other travellers.

We had a fantastic time here! The hotel accomodations are terrific. My family of six was in two large and spacious suites. It felt like we were in "Beauty and the Beast" with wood floors, wooden beams, large airy windows overlooking the old town part of Strasbourg. The accomdations were thoroughly modern and included the best shower we encountered in Europe, towel warmers, heated toilet seats and plenty of outlets for recharging cell phones and ipads.

I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed two nights with my family in August 2013. The room was big and the bathroom huge. The staff were very friendly and catered to our every need. When we arrived they had our information and room key ready and took us directly there and we found the room exactly as we requested. The AC worked perfectly and we had a very sound sleep.

The staff was exceptionally professional and frienfly and most were multi-lingual. The front desk staff and bartenders went above and beyond the call of duty numerous times for us and made it theor mission to male us happy. The spa in the basement was a terrific little escape after a long day of walking around Strasbourg. The massage therapist was fantastic and well trained.

A true hidden gem in the middle of the city. Very nice staff. The rooms are big and quiet, only a nearby school could be heard sometimes. Perfect spot for exploring the old town and great restaurants nearby

One last thing...check out the video on the tv about how they rebuilt the building feom its original state.

We had two quiet and relaxing nights with our daughter in the center of the city.
The hotel is very beautiful, our room had a nice character and we appreciated the big bathroom.
Hope we can come back soon to this friendly place!

Lovely property run by a charming couple. The rooms were beautifully appointed. It is right in the heart of Strasbourg so incredibly convenient.
