Exceptionally nice service-persons. Very atmospheric and quiet hotel. Well communicated. Possible walk in interesting places of Paris. Close to bus stops shuttle buses to CDG airport and Beauvais airport. Exceptionally reasonable cost per night.

Good location, close to the center, and overall nice clean place. The stay was spoiled by the first night. When we arrived to the room, I discovered that ALL towels were dirty (with black -brown stains). When I mentioned it to the receptionists, she wasn't eager at all to help, said that she can't leave her place at the reception. Moreover, she was unpolite and rude. Was looking all the time into her computer, when I talked to her. And when I asked what is her name, she refused to tell me it. Finally she left her place, as I insisted on changing towels, when she finally brought new ones, she nearly threw them to me, and what was even worse - the new towels, were dirty as well! We've got new towels only next day.
Other staff at the reception (except for this rude lady) was polite and nice.
Breakfast is nothing special, and much overpriced, especially if it's not included in the room price. You'll get much better options for a much better price in the nearest cafe.

I got placed in a room on the top floor and it was very clean. The receptionists were very nice. Minor gripes I have include the elevator being small and the bathtub not having proper splash prevention.

Lovely place, a lot nicer than other hotels we have stayed at while visiting, would definitely recommend. Clean, welcoming and nice breakfast, only bad comment is the maid that was cleaning our room was very rude to us.

Nice and friendly staff, rooms were ok and I was really close to the city centre!
