One of the worst hospitals! The staff is rude and incompetent, the doctors even don't speak English (it's Franco-Brittanique?!). And beware: they could cheat you! I had an appointment, they took my money, but the doctor didn't appear and... they refuse to return my money!!!

I was admitted for 4 nights in January 2017 with a severely broken shoulder. I thankfully had a good experience. The Orthopedic Surgeon (Dr N Pinar) was excellent and the emergency staff were amazing! Many nurses in the ward could speak English and others tried as best they could, but all were friendly and helpful even when you could see they were dog tired!

Went here because I was assured that I would be provided with english assistance. Nope. Pre-op anaesthetist did not speak a word of english and made absolutely no attempt, did not even provide relevant info in english. Very distressing. Sent them all the paperwork to enable payment by my health fund directly, did not hear anything back, then 5 months later received notice from debt collection agency. Would not recommend them to anyone, try the American hospital instead or get it done in another country.

Often took my dad for his radiotherapy sessions and the staff seem very friendly ,only downside being hardly anyone I encountered spoke some English just mostly French ,I'm pretty sure some of the docs are bilingual

Very bad experience. We first visited the hospital and received their help. They then asked us for the money and told us to go next day for receiving the analysis results and that we didn't have to pay anything else. After going for the results and returning back home we received a bill asking for more money because apparently we somehow received a treatment the day we went for the results that never got to occur...
They CHEATED on us by asking for money after just saying that we didn't owe them ANYTHING else.
