Wonderful experience and right on the beach front. Had a brilliant time here, even with the paparazzi hanging around. French cuisine was superb. Would definitely return!

Ate at the beach side restraint. Had a basket of vegetables with e dressings for starter which was much better than it sound. The stake tartare for mains was well balanced and generous. Nutella crepe for desert was nothing special. Knocking a star off for poor selection of beers.

Excellent response from the staff who, while busy with a full bar accomadated me. The proceeded to deliver a large glass of my favorites single malt and a cold beer with some complimentary snacks. Would certainly return for more drinks. Prices are high but so is the standard and the selection on offer.

11. I just want to leave this was supposed to be 3 days or r & r at supposedly on of most luxurious hotels in world. Are to kidding.

Not at all satisfied. I booked 5 nights at this hotel this past September and was thoroughly disappointed. The first room I was given faced the back of the hotel, which is just an ugly parking lot that looks like an industrial loading zone, and a large spiral metal staircase that obstructed nearly the entire window. After complaining of the view of the parking lot and further obstruction by the staircase, I was moved to a room on a lower level with only one window which also faced the parking lot and a sidewall of the hotel. In addition, both rooms felt very old and in major need of updating. The walls were dirty and tons of paint chipped away from the room door and the doors on the closets. I expected more for my money and from a brand like the Waldorf Astoria. I would have expected more from a Best Western! For the money I spent on my room here I could have had a sea facing room at another hotel in cannes with a slightly lower rating, but what's the point of a 5 star hotel when your room is not even at a 3 star level! Horrible experience. My advice, stay away!

Superb building with a great history. The staff was very professional and helpful. It's best building on the strip and you will be charged accordingly. But an extra €1 to use the coffee maker in the room, really? And your going to chain the iron to the ironing board like this is some kind of motor lodge? Seems like mismanagement or maybe greed has caused a loss of focus here which would explain why precious lobby space has been rented out to boutiques and the bar plastered with ads.

This is a top hotel, popular with celebrities during the Cannes Festival. Its comfortable, delightful pleasant friendly staff. We always booked in here when on the French Reviera . Breakfast is quite a spread with a variety to choose from and very delish. The view is fabulous and the hype around this hotel during the festival is exciting with an amazing vibe.

Expensive but good. But food is very good, staff is very friendly. Views are just stunning. Decoration is not my style, but then again who gives about my style? :). You just cross the street to get access to the beach. Little minor remarque: the gym is just to small for this kind of hotel!

Skip it.
The service was very poor. There is a massive amount of noisy construction outside. There was no power in our room when we arrived. If you are disabled and need to be accommodated in any way, you will not be. Even ways as simple as getting a place to lie down or getting a room when it is ready instead of waiting hours for an arbitrarily determined time. It is in stark contrast to the InterContinental in Paris (which was superb). It is a beautiful space, if shabby around the edges, but the service is not aligned with the prices. However, the food was excellent. Very high quality.
