I know a lo of people wrote very bad reviews about intterent, but we had a great rental service last week! Just be aware that you get what you paid for, and 60 euros for renting a car for a whole week is not a lot of money. We just were really careful and played by the rules: Just clean your car well, ask questions about pick up and return (because you will do that alone) and about possible damages and so on.... the people working were really nice and helpful to us. Even when after four days I did not got my deposit back, I sent one email to the specific interrent department and within 5 minutes I got my deposit back! And I have to say: For just 60 euros, great service!

Beware the staff told me that they operate a clean to clean policy that means that if the car is not returned as clean as when hired (inside and out) they will charge a 28 euros per day to clean.... Unless I wanted to pay them 15 euros in advance, then they would clean it. A shameless scam which I refused to pay. I would rather pay 30 euros to someone else to clean the car than give this company any more money. I will never rent from them again.

Honteux !!! Voiture louee fiat punto ou soit disant equivalent ! Mes fesses oui!!! Une panda soit disant equivalente salle degeulasse toute petite 4 chevaux..., personnel confirmant la mediocrite de l'agence, mais se moquant totalement des reflexions ayant pour seul explication une voiture 5 portes c'est tout equivalent donc louer un porsche cayene on vous filera une punto!!! Au meme prix, aucun controle rien nul de chez nul et arnaque totale!!! Vaux mieux payer un peu plus ailleurs !!!!!!

Very long wait, not enough people to ensure smooth flow of clients. Average car.

La seule surprise sur l'agence Interrent est le fait que l'on doit faire le nettoyage de la voiture. C'etait ma premiere location par Interrent, qui est une filiere lowcost de EuropCar.
Sinon, voiture qui roulee tres bien, et accueil exceptionnel!
La personne a l'accueil a ete tres comprehensive du fait que j'ai besoin de la voiture avant l'horaire demande et a ete a l'ecoute lors du retour du vehicule a l'aeroport.
Je recommande!

Réservation sur bsp-auto. Souscription à une assurance supplémentaire lors de la transaction d'un montant de 30 euros. Arrivé sur place, l'assurance n'a apparemment pas été prise en compte, du coup bien obligé de prendre l'assurance d'Interrent qui s'est élevée à 122€ !

Thieves!
I rented the car with the option "Full to full tank" but they gave me the car with less than half tank and in the papers they marked 5/8 (so already they stole 1/8), of course it's impossible to take the car back with exactly 5/8 so I took it back with 3/4 and they refused any compensation.
But the worst part is that the guy in the parking found a little scratch (less than 5cm and very superficial, not deep) near the right mirror and, even if I had the FULL COVER INSURANCE they charged me 50€ for a elusive "issue handling".
It's clear they will not repair the scratch, that probably was already there, but if I pay for a full cover, to me FULL means FULL, everything included, even papers, bureaucracy and any handling.
I wrote immediately to the customer service, after 5 weeks they didn't even read my complain and answered with a copy-past from their general conditions. I answered again explaining once more the 2 issues about petrol and scratch, and they never answered again. This whole story started in June, their sole answer dated in August, now it's November and officially the dossier of my complaint is still open.
Scammers.

Bien évidemment, ils nous ont facturé une pénalité pour ne pas avoir mis le plein, ainsi que le montant du plein, le tout agrémenté d'une taxe de 20% !

Disgraceful. Attempted to charge for cleaning in advance despite giving us a car that had not been cleaned. When we argued this, the lady threatened a late arrival charge! Avoid at all costs

Location effectuée sans aucun problème !

Ajouté à cela un état des lieux qu'on doit faire nous-même. Attention à ne rien oublier pour ne pas se faire arnaquer. Le retour a été tout aussi minable. Impossible de sortir du parking de l'aéroport pour aller faire le plein une fois entré. La femme qui a récupéré notre voiture nous a dit que c'était "comme on voulait", et qu'on ne paierait rien de plus. La personne à l'accueil nous a même dit "Vous pouvez partir tranquillement".

Horrific. After spending 1 hour and 30minutes in a queue waiting to get the car, we ended up getting a car that was in a category lower than what we paid for. The staff are rude and have chats amongst themselves as if you aren't there and often talk about you as they thought we were clueless english people when in actual fact I can speak French quite fluently and knew exactly what they were saying. AVOID THIS CAR HIRE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Terrible experience and very dishonest. Don't use. They are so many things that was completely wrong but the best was when they wanted to charge me for being late because I made the booking for 8.30pm and we arrived at the desk at 9.30pm due to long queues at the passport. This was a warm welcome!
