Watch out! We came to pick the car at the time of our order. The worker there told us that our car isn't there yet and will arrive in three hours. She said that we can just upgrade the car if we want to take the car right away at the price of extra few hundred euro (!). Wtf???? We were forced to pay the extra charge since we had hotel reservations and other plans that we had to cancel otherwise. So really, just stay away. Never heard of such a car rental behavior in my life.

Won't use them again.

Ich habe im Februar über Interrent - extra am Terminal 1 - gebucht. Leider negative Überraschung: Büro innerhalb Airport umgezogen nach 2D. Das heist: 35 Minuten zusätzlich laufen!! Hier ware es schön gewesen, informiert zu werden - ich hätte gecancelt!!
Im Office selber: eine einzige Mitarbeiterin, die sichtlich genervt eine Schlange von 11-12 Personen bearbeitete, wobei jeder Vermietungsvorgang ca. 10 min. dauert. Nach 70 Minuten kam ich an die Reihe. UND: AUCH 90 MINUTEN IM BÜRO GAB ES KEIN FAHZEUG IN DER FLOTTE!!!!
Mein Fehler: an der falschen Stelle gespart!!!!

I wish I read others comments before making the booking... very slow turned up at 8.30am-- booking for 8 tonne told the car is not ready! And they can't give me any other car. So I have to wait. Also charged €15 to clean the car? A charge I have never heard of before.

Worst car rental company
The staff make their best, but this company is totally unreliable
Very difficult to find their office at the airport, no sign whatsoever
Never seen a car so dirty... besides, they try to charge you every extra "service", like the cleaning option, because "you are supposed to return the car as clean as you picked it up"... they must have been joking
Next time, I'll spend some extra bucks for a better company

Car was awful brakes/gearbox made terrible noise wasn't sure it would make it the 5 days we had it. Car also had dents in it and the attendant did not mark them on the form, I am glad I took out extra insurance as I am sure they will bill me for the dents. Will not be using them again
