My wife and I would like to thank all of the people at Keyweek in Biarritz for their kindness, professionalism, and patience. Our experience with Keyweek was perfect. They are an incredibly professional group. They are understanding, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly all at the same time. Whatever our needs were, they made every effort to accommodate us. I cannot express how safe and welcome they made us feel. Keyweek is by far, the best vacation rental company we have ever known.

The “Perspective” apartment really does have an awesome perspective of the Grande Plage and it situated perfectly for shopping all within a few minutes walk – whether it be for clothes, gifts or food. The host team from Key Week has thought out all the things you will need and should do. From brochures and plans to amazing hands on service from Hugo, Jeanne or Greg. The apartment is large and when all the doors are open you can take in the full view and sounds of the Grande Plage and the ocean. We always had a nice ocean breeze coming in our windows.

The apartment is the height of tasteful, modern, luxury…the kitchen and bathrooms are fitted to THE highest standard. Just completely comfortable in every way. There is an excellent TV and Bose stereo equipment available. The view from the apartment has to be the best in Biarritz, with panoramic views over the sea. The balcony was superb and we managed to have a light lunch overlooking the sea…even in February!

You could not get better hosts than Hugo, Jeanne and Hugo – Texts are answered within minutes and they all speak English if that is important. Very helpful with any details concerning where to go and what to do! We would rent this apartment again with no hesitation.

PANORAMA is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Bidart, just south of Biarritz. The house is on top of a hill, with views of the Pyrenees foothills in the distance. The house itself is lovely: clean, modern furnishings, with plenty of space for an extended family. The pool in the back is just an added bonus. Bidart's location is pretty perfect for exploring the Basque coast. It is a short drive to Biarritz and St Jean de Luz, and San Sebastian and Bilbao are close enough to visit in a day.

A large and beautiful apartment in the centre of Biarritz, no car needed. The view is spectacular of the beach, ocean and sunsets! We only missed outdoor space, the balcony is too smal to use. The rest of the apartment is well equipped, clean, and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed our two-week stay.

Parking is really easy just outside the door but a private garage is available at the rear. This will be such a bonus in the summer months. It’s possible to leave the car in the garage for the week as there is so much to see and do in Biarritz…a wonderfully stylish place.

It was a perfect break…now how many times can you truly say that? We honestly didn't want to leave. Just faultless.

Great house, great location ... we have been going to Biarritz for about 15 years and have stayed in different villas, using different agents ... we have already booked this villa again for 2017, which says it all. Expensive, but quality always costs and Keyweek make it easy.

Well...it's difficult to know exactly where to start, there are so many good things to say. Greg met us at the apartment (Petite Atalaye) and was so very helpful and enthusiastic. He had been very kind as, even before arrival, we needed a few additional things sorting, such as flowers etc. He gave us excellent advice about local cafes and restaurants and trips along the coast. Greg has a huge amount of local knowledge that you can actually rely on.

Both bedrooms are spacious, and the apartment is plenty large enough for 4 people – plus the bedrooms can be closed off from the Living room to ensure quietness for those late sleepers… Bathroom showers had good water pressure and lots of hot water – even four showers in a row and we still had hot water. The apartment WiFi is very fast if you need it.

You will need a car to stay here. This property isn't walking distance to the beach or the center of town. You get the benefits of a much quieter neighborhood and more space, though.

Little Beach is a wonderful apartment in a really good location. We would recommend it and you to anyone. Keyweek is the most professional vacation rental organization we have ever encountered.

We have just stayed at the HOTEL CHIC in Biarritz a couple of weeks ago, in the Easter Holidays, and it has been great; we had already stayed at their penthouse in San Juan de Luz, and since we knew Keyweek we were expecting the best... and it was even better!
Marvelous family plan at a fantastic place, every detail at the house was perfect, and it was so clean and beautifully decorated, we absolutely felt home from the first moment. Their staff, Hugo this time, has always been so solicitous, everything was easy. Longing to stay again with them at any of their places, we highly recommend it.

The kitchen is well equipped for just about any style of cooking you can do. And dine with a view! Everything looks brand new and functioned as it should. Private parking is a big plus as parking around town is limited and at a premium. “Les Halles” which is only a 3 minute walk, has any kind of food you can dream of – what an incredible place to shop!
