Did it as a day trip from Geneva. Absolutely amazing and stunning!

Standing in the glass box is fee, albeit ~20 minute wait. It is very intense! If you have vertigo or a fear of heights, you may want to pass on this!

Spectacular cable car up til 3842 metres (in two legs). Nice cafe half way up. Spectacular views at the top. Very pricey, but still, do it! You can also buy a day pass for a few Euros more, which will give you free access to other lifts/trains in the area. Worth it.

It is relatively pricey at ~70 Euro, but completely worth it. If you suffer from vertigo, be aware that the cable car sways and walking up the stairs can be a challenge on one's nerve.

Also be aware that the oxygen level is lower than down in the valley, so keep yourself in check.

This place is so with the money. I didn't have to wait long and I came on a saturday. The cable car is scary but it's worth it. At the glass terrace there is someone how will take your photos. There is a wait to go to the glass terrace, but it's a once in a lifetime opportunity. Highly recommended.

Expensive, but worth the trip. Even on a cloudy day it made for a spectacular trip. We walked back to Chamonix from the mid-station via Montevers which was brilliant.

The majestic experience, but if you go on weekend consider going early in the morning, because you may have to wait quite a while in lines for cable car (especially if the weather is exceptionally good). Worth every penny you will spend.

Stunning trip. This truly is an amazing experience and all the better if you have a guide and are able to do some Alpinism. The lift takes you to 3800m roughly so in the length of time it takes you to get up you have the rest of the day to explore outside. Book a guide to take you outside at the top and make this truly an experience to remember.
