The personel is not very friendly, they do the minimum required, but nothing more, they rather sit and chat. We visited section 2-6 years with 2 kids. Not all the activities were functional due to lack of maintenance. Some activities were chaotic as kids didn't quite understand what to do. Too expensive as parents also need to pay and the functionality or interest of the employees is poor.

So much fun! Perfect rainy day activity. Each group has an hour and a half inside so the hands on activities aren't too crowded

I had the worst experience in this place on July 23 2015.The lack of professionalism from the same team is monumental. I show up with a group of children aging from 3 to 11 years old. The sale rep tell me that the younger one need to be accompanied at all time. It's understandable. There is two sections, little kids and big ones. When i try to leave my big kids in their section to go to the little one's They refuse to let me leave without bringing the whole group. The gate keeper ( a rude woman who act like prison guard) tell me that it's for security reason. I understand that but why wasn't I told by the cashier? I told him my age group and didn't tell me that i had to accompanied ALL my kids. If he did, I would had made some arrangements. Instead I spent 1 hour in one section and 20mn in the other one. I wasted €37+parking and gas. The children didn't fully take advantage of the facility. I filled a complaint but no response so far and i don't think i will ever get one. Just because of a lack of professionalism. Beware if you decide to go there. You should go spend your time and money somewhere else.

My children liked it. The only annoying thing is the entry waiting time because the admission is scheduled.

Everything is done for kids. Learning by playing. Water, animals, construction, sounds etc. This is a must go place ! Two different areas : one for kids between 2 and 7. The second one for kids between 5 and 12

Every time I went to Paris with my son when he was a child, this was one of our fav places. You can spend a whole day because there is much to see and do. It's fun for children and for adults as well.

Excellent place for children and family for self learning and fun. My child loved it the most in Paris, and she’d love to go again. The garden is wonderful outside the Cite’. Go early to enjoy more. Using Metro line 7 was the worst ever in Paris (old, crowded,& unsafe).

Loads to do. Very impressed with the industrial robots in the Usine part of cite des enfants (5-12). We spent over 8 hours there and could easily fill another day. Cafes are pretty good too, but if they're not to your liking, pop to the adjacent mall which has another handful of food outlets.

Super cool place for kids and adults alike. Different science activities available. I would suggest to take a combination ticket for activity+ geode+ submarine. A day well spent. Prices of toys in the boutique could have been a little lesser though.

Great place. Took my 4 year old and spent 4 hours doing the baby animal exhibit and the kids 2-4 area. Loved it.
