Clean, rustic and friendly hotel staff with a nice ALSACIAN restaurant. Just next to the vinards.

Salad came after the main dish (slammed on the table)

Nobody seemed to enjoy their work, no relaxed atmosphere.

A really comfortable hotel with a very good restaurant. In a wonderful location to explore the Alsace region.

We had to wait for the bill at least 20 mins (while the waitress walked by our table 8-10 times and to take orders from the table right next to us and not being busy at all besides that)

Only lunched here during my walking tour and it was outstanding. Great wine and food is very delicious. Foie gras was great to start with and the leg of duck was well done too. The service is friendly so I'm one happy customer

Food: Basic but good
Staff: incredibly rude,seemed to annoy a lot of people by asking every two minutes whether you want to have some more wine,dessert,coffee bla bla

Pretty hotel and town. The hotel is car accessible and walking distance from the old town. Love it! Very memorable. Walking by the old town, eating fresh bagels, taking plenty of pictures....

I'm definitely not highly picky, but this was probably the worst experience I had in years. Compared to the very welcoming atmosphere and simple but delicious food a few kilometers up in the mountains this is a straight ripp off and bullshit.
