Later I said here is the receipt and as you can see you can see the delivery time as 11:11am. She said something in french and let me know the chronopost phonenumber. How kind she is, ha? She didnt say sorry at all.

Service exceptionnelle du personnel 1000 % satisfait

In June 24th Saturday, I could finally check out the receipt of delivery on the chronopost. It says my post was delivered yesterday at 11:11 am. I literally ran to the post office and the old woman was there.

Bureau de poste très fonctionnel. Personnel organisé et toujours souriant. Automates pratique et relais pick-up pour retirer ses colis le soir utile.

To be honest, I think this happened to me because I am Asian and do not speak french well. If not, this post office really deals with this kind of incompetent and impolite staff.

Mal aimable et pas serviable ! 2 fois que j'y vais, 2 fois qu'on me parle mal et que la personne n'est pas serviable alors que je suis poli et courtois.

So I visited the post office again while I was working. There was the young man but he told me he did not see any postboxes. He even kept asking me to find out the cheonopost postbox number which I have not heard at all for the last one year.

As soon as I showed the postbox number (not the chronopost one as the young guy asked me), she said it is here. So I said "i have one question." She literally yelled at me to stop and wait for a bit. Later, I asked "what time did it arrive?" And she said "in the afternoon. You visited here in the morning." To me it was such a lie because I visited in the afternoon too. So I said "I came here in the afternoon." So she asked "what time?" I said "16h." Then she turned to another staff and asked what time the chronopost came in. Both said it was 17h. How credible they are.

Two weeks ago, I got the post from my family and the chronopost delivered it. When I checked the chronopost website, it said my post was delivered on 11:32am on June 23rd. I went to the post office but one old woman and young man said they didnt get it. My French friend later called the chronopost and was told that the post was successfully delivered to the post office.
