Very good place and our daughter loved it (3.5 y.o). Adults also enjoyed it. Was impressed with the number of species. Was easy to spend two hours there.

Well worth a visit. Great aquarium and superb exhibits. Town is a short walk away and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Very good. Would recommend the audio as not all info is in English, but lovely aquarium.

Great for kids and sea lovers. Opening schedule is good, they open until 23h on the summer.
Bathrooms very small and filthy, difficult to use a changing table.

Have been to a number of similar attractions before, but this was just amazing. Such an original take on showing the various exhibits. Loved it!

Amazing aquarium, one of the best I have been too and apparently one of the best in France. Great tanks and extensive mixture and range of fish. Jellyfish are spectacular too...

It's a pretty small aquarium and very expensive for a family to visit.

Really worth your time. It does cost a bit too much but still. Also it's really crowded in summer. You have to wait to see fish. Just check if it's busy with Google Map first to make sure you don't go on a really bad day.

The only food served is on the top floor restaurant which looks fantastic and has amazing views of La Rochelle. It doesn't serve food outside of lunch hours though, which seems ridiculous so all we could get was a drink. It's quite fancy too not the kind of place you'd expect for an aquarium

A very nice aquarium, but it suffers under its popularity. It is very crowded during the holidays, which means queueing before every tank and high ambient temperatures. Not worth 16eur/person.

I loved the entrance to this aquarium and the initial area where it concentrated on the Atlantic Coast. Some nice extras I've not seen before like simulated waves in some of the tanks.

Absolutely fascistic. A huge range of fish species, all looking in good condition and in ample sized habitats. Impressive coral in many tanks. Well laid out, nicely presented rout around. Didn't take the audio tour, most tanks have sufficient written info in English. Well worth the visit.

Nice place to visit with the kids but be prepared to queue up at the car park and at the ticket office, we went in Aug. It was so packed and hot we felt a bit claustrophobic when inside. Aquarium was good and plenty to see, plenty of different types of fish, kids loved it.
