Very organised and familiar with the pet passport procedure to get our dog back to the UK. Helpful and understand​ing when my dog decided to be fussy about ingesting the worming pill, and forthcoming with some potentially useful advice about more appetising worming options for him in the future. Helpful and professional throughout.

Came here to get my dog the treatment before going back to the UK. I specifically said that i knew that frontline wasn't necesarry but still wanted it administered and put into the passport. The young lady vet was not very "soft" towards my dog, first poking her in the ear twice and letting her yelp twice. Then searching for things on her body and trying to scare me that my dog wasn't healthy. Vets love to scare you to do more treatments. They live on scaring the owners! I knew that my dog had fat bulges and knew the one she had shes had since she was 3.
After giving my dog the worm tablet and frontline she went on to sign the passport. I made sure to look that she had done it right. Luckily i had looked after paying and low and behold she hadn't signed for frontline which i had specifically asked for!!! I will never ever go back to this vet again!! I trusted them with treating my dog and signing the papers and they messed up! Imagine I hadn't checked before leaving the surgery? My dog would have had to stay in a kennel in France! These vets see english travellers all the time and earn a fortune on us! They should do as we ask! Avoid this vet!!

We have had excellent help from this veterinary practice over several years, for both our cats, including (while UK law required it) completing immaculately the necessary paperwork for the cats' passports on their return to UK.

This spring, one of our cats was really sick, with conflicting medical conditions (i.e. the treatment for one problem was contra-indicated for cats that had her other medical condition). Dr Labbe went to a great deal of trouble to save her, while carefully explaining what we needed to do to help; he gave us plenty of support when treatment was difficult. Although we had thought our cat might be in her last days, she did pull through and seven months later she is happily enjoying her days in the sun with her sister. And despite other reviews, the bills were modest and less than expected. We could not be more grateful!

This is a first class operation well organised, spotlessly clean, very strong team of vets and support staff. Has a satellite clinic at Roujan. Vets get to know your animal helped by a smart IT system. Like many vet clinics there is a bit of commercial optimisation going on with displays of prescription dog food (Hills Science Diet) and various accessories. A versatile and effective small animal practice.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cette clinique!! Ils n'en n'ont qu'après l'argent!! Ils m'ont refuser l'hospitalisation de ma chienne (faute de sous dans l'immédiat je leur ai proposé un chèque de caution qu'ils m'ont refusé) leur diagnostique ete totalement faux ils avaient estimé des soins allant jusqu'à 500€ (je m'en suis sortie pour 60€ a clermont l'Hérault) ils m'ont accusé d'avoir fourni de mauvais soins a ma chienne alors que l'autre véto a injecter ce même médicament anti-inflammatoire. Ils m'ont quand meme fait payer la consulation qui na servi a rien!!!! Cest inadmissible, ce sont des voleurs, charlatan et j'en passe....

Clinique vétérinaire au top avec une toute nouvelle salle d'attente, grande, clair et très agréable. Des Dr vétérinaires à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être animal. On peu aussi y trouver de l'alimentation et des accessoires.
