I had wanted to dine at their Champs Élysées branch but since I was at Printemps , I decided to have tea and desserts there.

Amazing macaroons.. Very expensive but kinda worth it! Highly recommended!!

It's my first time in Paris , hence we obliged to come to the original maison that created the macaron.
Service was lacklustre, which is a shame as it contrasted against the beautifully made and delicious sweets and tea.
When you dine in, it's kind of ridiculous that the staff who shows you to your seat would leave you on your own to a menu.. leaving you to wonder how you can order what is behind the display case
Later, I was told that I would have to wait for a boy to come and take our order which took a couple more minutes..seriously? The staff were all idling at 7+pm. Can't they just take the order ?
I would not suggest coming to this salon de the. Perhaps it would be better at another location or takeaway.
But overall I would purchase again!

I also ordered the Ispahan and Chocolate Eclair. Both tasted average, just average. The Ispahan is pretty and is good on Instagram. I should say that the Ispahan looked better than how it actually tasted.

Not exactly the chic ambiance you'd expect from a boutique, but great teas and cakes nonetheless.

This is my second visit and service quality is still poor. Staff are reluctant to serve and ignore requests.

a little "salon de the a la francaise" made in Laduree. Over priced macaron but so much spirit! and at the 1st floor of the Printemps du LUXE just near Tiffany&Co, Cartier and Chanel...

This is my favorite Ladurée as it is small, intimate and, with the exception of lunch time (12:30pm-3pm), it is rather calm and not too crowded.
You must wait to be seated. It may seem long at peak hours, but it's usually quick with less than five minutes to wait.
I love the big chocolate macaron and wash it down with Marie-Antoinette tea whilst admiring their colorful macaron pyramids on display at the to-go counter. Quite regal, n'est-ce pas? The Ispahan pastry is a sweet divinity made of rose petals and raspberry. (I recommend their rose jam, which you can buy at the counter. In the summer, try the rose ice cream and you'll melt.)
You may even buy macarons from the counter from the comfort of your seat. Just fill in the order sheet, give it to the waitress and pay and pick up as you leave the café.
Ladurée is also famed for its hot chocolate, but I find it too heavy and creamy. I really recommend their tea selection!

Very nice place and gorgeous pastries.

The service was good. The staff were warm, friendly and attentive, which these three adjectives are rare in the Parisian restaurant scene.

I have ordered their special tea which is the top of the list on the left side. I could not remember the long French name but it was nice.

I bought some macarons from the duty free Laduree cart at Charles De Gaulle Airport Terminal 2E. I tasted the Lavender one and it was out of this world. So fresh and so yummy !

Not everyone is nice at Laduree but their macarons definitely is nice !
