The food is underwhelming, especially by Parisian standards. The chicken Caesar salad was bland, with dry chicken. The veal stew was mediocre. Would not come back at this price point.

I'm not a big ice cream person AND the line was 30 minutes long but I must say.... This was the best ice I've ever had in my life. Had the line not been 30 minutes long, I would have gone back for more. I assume most people have their very problem.

The food is good and the place was nice. But our waitress was terrible. Overwhelmed with 6 outdoor tables, she was barely able to help us. At one point my wife spilled her fresh cocktail which then fell into a plate of bread oil, which then went all over me. After a few minutes of waving, our waitress came over and gave us the look, grabbed all the linens and then served our dinner on the bare table. No fresh linens; no offer to provide some towels to clean myself of the spill; and no offer/ask if we wanted a fresh cocktail. She then went back to her big party of six and yucked it up (they were buying a lot of wine which equals a nice gratuity).

Came here with a reservation and discovered that our dinner time was "early" enough that it didn't require one, but that's OK. We started with tomatoes with mozzarella and it was heavenly - the cheese melted in our mouths, tomatoes perfectly ripe. We had the duck confirmed, salmon, and ribeye steak - all cooked perfectly. Finished off dinner with profiteroles-a little different from home but appreciated the ice cream viking. We avoid the ambiance, our waited was attentive for a Friday night. Merciful for a wonderful evening!

Roasted chicken was tender but with a salty sauce, packaged store bought chicken on the Caesar salad. Customer service was excellent.

I recently was visiting some friends in San Francisco to celebrate a good friends birthday. With the delays in arriving I needed to pick up an arrangement last minute and walked into this cute flower shop right as they were getting ready to close. The customer service I received here was Amazing and the arrangement was Gorgeous!!! Thank you ladies for the excellent customer service I received and making it possible to give the birthday girl a beautiful gift. They have some very nice flowers and I will be happy to pick up some flowers when im back in town.

This is when the auto gratuity system fails. She received a full gratuity while we were treated like peasants. This was our worst dinner experience of our ten nights of eating out in Paris. There are plenty of great places to eat: pass this one and head over to Rue Cler which is a block away.
