To add insult to injury the waitress was rude. When my partner complained about his burger she she stood at the table and poked it. Then told him it was good in the kitchen.

Far from friendly or good food. Brought in stroller, with kid sleeping, manager mouthed off (in French) that I thought I owned the place. Waitress was disrespectful when my wife asked for food. Food was far from good. Only benefit is location to surfing, but with many other options nearby, no need to eat here. Such a shame as rest of Biarritz restos are accommodating and serve good food with a view. Stay away.

Quite strange to profit by such a bad experience in a restaurant!
the waitress is rude on the verge of actual aggressivity.
After ordering tuna skewers cooked "rare", we had just to wait roughly 90 minutes, looking at the beautiful sea landscape. Unfortunately no use waiting so long, the tuna was overdone and almost uneatable.
This the place to avoid unless you are gliding on a pink cloud. From the gastronomic viewpoint this place is a suicide.

Terrible experience, the food is terrible, it is a shame to pay this price for frozen food.
Waiters are agressive and no professional.
Probably the worst food experience I had in France.

Terrible service!! I woukd definitely stay clear of this resteraunt, I asked the lady who works here some friendly advice as I was walking by and she was incredibly rude, I was surprised at her tone as it was the end of service and she diddnt appear to be busy. However she made VERY clear to me (practically yelling) that she was definitely too busy to speak to the likes of me (a tourist) VERY embarrassed I quickly left the resteraunt. Feeling rather stupid!

My partner had a burger that was luke warm and poor quality meat and cheese.

The owner came over and just asked us if it was too expensive. No apology and no general interest in his poor product. Such a shame such a nice place has been ruined by the worst service.

I'd recommend saving your money and head back up to the main town. No view but at least the attention to detail and care for service is far above Carlos.

If you like nice views then come here and stand outside, but if you're looking for food and good service go elsewhere.

It's such a shame as the location and the renovation are incredible.

L'emplacement est top mais la cuisine laisse à désirer.
Le service est aléatoire...
Bien pour boire un verre.

BUT - and it's a big but. The worst food in Biarritz. I had a ceasar salad. It was a pile of very basic iceberg lettuce, with 2 pieces of romain, dry & cold chichen chunks and a horrible dressing that was definitely not made in house.

Very friendly staff, accommodating and apologetic when we couldn't get in the first time we tried. Definitly look to the fish of the day. Superb view and well priced.
