Beste Sterne Restaurant im Aude. Konstante, überdurchschnittliche Qualität und frische der Produkte. Bei vielen mehrfach besternten Häusern nimmt das Chichi zu, nicht aber der Geschmack auf dem Teller. Hier steht ganz klar das Essen im Vordergrund, nicht das Dekorieren des Tellern oder Restaurants.

Restaurant is really worth Michelin star! The hotel is quiet and comfortable. Good golf field.

Séjour parfait. Merveilleux accueil et mention particulière à la table. Une succession de plats aux belles senteurs de saison, une excellente cuisine accompagnée d'un sommelier généreux dans ses conseils et parfait dans ses choix.

Excellent dinner! The place has a reputation and delivers up to expectations. Most notably the sommelier presented excellent wine selections with each course, had clear explanations of the wines and good humor. The historic building has atmosphere, and it is not easy to run an upscale hotel in an aged building. But highly professional hotel staff, and their caring and warm service made us forget the creaking of the doors. We look forward to an opportunity to return to this place for dinner, accommodation and a walk in the park.
