Pour le déjeuner, service rapide les plats sont bon. La terrasse est chauffé et bénéficie du pot d'échappement des camions de CRS !

We stopped for a bite with friends visiting from USA. The service and the food was delicious! We will go back on our next trip for the best Hamburger.

Nette location im oberen Stockwerk. Gute Atmosphäre, leider von der Temperatur einen Tick zu kalt.
Essen war sehr gut, wenn auch nicht herausragend. Preis-Leistungsverhätnis ist sehr gut!!!

Stopped in here for an after dinner drink and dessert. Wasn't disappointed, but wasn't overwhelmed either. Just average. For us however, it was close to the Cathedral so it made it an ideal spot for us.

Horrible place to have something to eat.
Avarage taste requires ages to wait. Staff too slow and really doesn't listen how you d be served.

As far as Alsace food goes it was ok, nothing special, look for one of the smaller places a little further away from the dome, most of them are quite good. This place jammed way to many tables in and were clearly more interested in volume than quality. The prices on the menu might suggest otherwise. Service was the worst we've experienced in all of our travels, anywhere in the world, period. Wait staff spilled four glasses of champagne on me, and my winter coat. They couldn't, or wouldn't even offer a simple apology. I understand that accidents happen, it was theirs, not mine. After this they simply ignored us as if we weren't there. I spent the next hour trying to dry off before going out into the cold (-2°). They said they would pay for cleaning my coat. Their attitude didn't leave me with any confidence that they'll honour this promise. The manager deserves no credit for his handling of the situation, an extension of the incompetence displayed from start to finish. You have a fantastic choice of places to eat in Strasbourg, I suspect most of them will be better than this, don't waste your time here. If there was a possibility for zero stars, it would have been my honest rating...

This place gives you "okay" food for a higher price. But the icecream is great. Nothing special to report.
