Je recommande vivement cette fleuriste, qui n'a que des bons conseils, dont les prix sont très abordables, les fleures d'une fraîcheur incomparable, dont l'accueil est toujours très chaleureux, et sa compétence indiscutable!

Nous vivons dans un appartement à Cannes Centre et «Le Fleuriste» avons fourni maintenance et des plantes pour le balcon. Le service et la qualité de plantes sont tous deux excellents, et nous recommandons fortement.

I used to love this shop and loved working with Frederic when he used to run it. Then one day I call and find out that this shop has been sold and the new person running it is Natia. Everything went downhill from there. She sounded nice on the phone but in reality she turned out to be very unprofessional and unreliable. Honestly, I cannot even call her a florist. This shop turned into a disgrace. I placed an order 2 days ago for Mother's Day by sending an email, like I always did with orders to this shop. I called Natia and she told me that she will check and reply by email because she's with a customer. Hours later, I notice that I didn't get a reply. I sent a follow-up email and also I called the shop. No one picked up the phone and I didn't get a reply by email. Next day I called and called, left messages. Finally, after a 5th try Natia picks up the phone and tells me that she cannot accept the order because it's too little money for her and she doesn't want to deal with this order. The money I gave her for this order was exactly how much she told me this order was going to cost 3 days ago when I first called about it. Nevertheless, I told her that if she needs more money, I will pay more. I just need the order to be delivered on that day. After some hesitation, she agreed to do the delivery and she asked me to call her in 1 hour when she returns to the shop. I called her in exactly 1 hour, she didn't pick up. I called her 15 minutes later, no answer. I kept calling for 2 hours and finally she picks up the phone and tells me that she cannot accept my order. What?!? I spent 2 days trying to get my order accepted and in the end I get one of the most unprofessional florists I ever had to deal with! I got upset and asked her how can she treat me like this. I told her that she is being very unprofessional but she just hung up without saying anything. To anyone reading this review, stay away from this florist. She cannot be trusted. This shop cannot be trusted anymore. This is not the same shop that used to be run by Fredric. I was lucky enough to find another florist in Cannes who took my order the last minute. Please find another florist and DO NOT use this florist; otherwise, you'll be screwed like I was. This is my story.

Expérience très positive dans ce magasin dirigé d'une main de maître par une femme, d'une gentillesse et d'une compétence rarement rencontrées. Je recommande vivement ce commerce d'abord et avant tout pour la personnalité et les conseils appropriés de celle qui vous accueille avec un sourire qui semble ne jamais quitter son visage. Il ne reste qu'à espérer qu'elle ne change pas et garde l'enthousiasme qui est le sien.
