Super clean room and goods,
Comfortable bed ,
Unbelievable (for Paris.. rich in experience ) friendly, helpful and welcoming staff 24/7,
Good location ( some food shops, bus and metro close to)

Pros: supermarket, subway, drugstores and so on are really close. The staff is really good and guest friendly. The hotel looks fancy.

В отеле на данный момент идёт ремонт. Весь негатив связан с этим. Ремонтные работы начинаются в 9.00. Если бы не это оценка была бы выше. Очень интересный дизайн комнат. Судя по тому, что уже сделано видимо будет очень уютно. Персонал вежливый, уборка каждый день. Каждый день меняют полотенца и бельё. Правда в номере ремонт тоже явно нужен. Кое где отколупывается краска и требуется прикрутить нормально ручку в туалет. Хотя для этой цены очень прилично. Район замечательный, метро в пяти минутах ходьбы. До центра минут 15-20 максимум. Рядом много магазинов

Very clean and almost newly refurnished

Cons: even though fancy, one can easily notice that it's an old hotel that has been renewed. The walls are not soundproof, and it can be really annoying to have a noisy couple as your neighbor (if you know what I mean). It's not worthy to pay for the breakfast in the hotel, since there's not a reasonable variety of food to choose (I've paid less for better breakfasts in more expensive hotels). Besides that, there's a really nice Patisserie really close. The price for the night was not that ok either.

Clean rooms, very quiet, free internet. Unfortunately, it's non-smoking hotel.

Small hotel with small rooms. The cheapest I could find in the area on a short notice.
