Brittany Ferries are truly First Class and this is the easiest port to walk to from the railway station. There is also a sailing from Caen but you need to get a bus to the port. In Cherbourg, Saint Malo and Roscoff you can walk and sail to Poole, Portsmouth, Plymouth and Cork.

Not much here but it is clean and tidy and has a small cafe

Assez cher. Pour ceux qui le peuvent, il est beaucoup moins cher de passer par DFDS Seaways sur le Dieppe-NewHaven... Les horaires sont inadaptés dans les deux cas !

Not very good facilities - no cafe, no shop. no food facilities, just a drinks machine. Small Cafe was closed at the wrong time when everyone was coming in to check in to the overnight Baie de Seine crossing to Portsmouth.
