We could book 30 min in advance, service was impeccable, it is a very nice restaurant, the food was delicious with local specialities, and the price was not exorbitant. The staff is courteous and pays attention to the very last details. Highly recommended !

Fantastic lunch menu. Delicious. The rhubarb pudding was particularly memorable. Lovely service too.

Choisit totalement par hasard en visitant la ville et vraiment très agréablement surpris !
Menu du midi très abordable, 14€ pour l'entrée ou le dessert + le plat ou 18€ entrée + plat + dessert avec peu de choix mais une qualité vraiment bien ou sinon pour les plus pointilleux sur les choix, à 21€ (toujours le midi), vous avez le choix entrée ou dessert + plat sur toute la carte avec toujours autant de qualité culinaire. Je conseille ce restaurant qui a un rapport qualité prix inégalable !

The restaurant was recommended to us by our host in Cahors unfortunatelly we were very disappointed. We expected much more from a place recommended by the famous Gault & Millaut guide and having prices at this level. We had an impression that the staff wasn't trained (they didn't even know how to serve wine properly), and sometimes felt neglected, waiting forever for the menu, then our food and at the end were never able to get the check- we had to go to the bar to pay wanting to leave finally. As for the food - it wasn't worth the money - our main course had little to do with the description - "beef cheek confit in a red suit, eggplant caviar and carrots confit" expecting a nice plate we got a small portion of... two small stuffed tomatoes with a bit of beef and lard stew all covered with a few leaves of lettuce and carrots. Also the wine by the glass they offer is too simple and low quality for their standing. Just to add, we know the restaurant business well and we know well what to expect from certain places.

Recommended by an expat friend and it didn't disappoint. Had the set lunchtime menu which couldn't have been better.
