What: A French restaurant
How was it: Overall it was nice. We liked the ambiance from our table on the terrace. Some dishes were better than others, the Lyonaise salad was super delicious and we were in great company.
Grade: Eli = 4, Serge = 4

Couldn't even eat here because the waiter was incredibly rude and refused to give us a table - basically laughed us off. Might be a bit racist towards Asian-looking tourists (maybe even tourists in general) so beware.

Horrible, avoid at all costs. Hostile waiter, we waited a looong time to get the food, around 45 minutes and what we got was tasteless, overcooked and of questionable quality. My boss chose the lamb which consisted of small chewgum-like pieces that was uneatable. Oh, and it was expensive too. Go to Bistro Ferrandiere instead... Or McDonalds for that sake, anything is better.

Poor service, food was ok. It was extremely long waits between servings. We had three different waiters serving our table. The meals were hearty however. Get the egg with the red wine sauce and the lyonnaise cake.

Bad service, unfriendly to tourists.
The food is good, but the fond au chocola is not a real one.

Acceptable, but don't just order from the menu without knowing exactly what you're getting. Personally I took a safe bet and went for ratatouille with a steak, but my less fortunate Chinese guest went for a blood sausage for starters, foie gras as main course and a garlic sauce as dessert. Needless to say she was puzzled as the names in the menu have not much to do with what you're actually getting. On the other hand, all dishes were of high quality, although a tad pricey.
