Excellent location. In-room services are nothing to be thrilled about and can be better but may be it is typical of European hotels. On terrace restaurant and swimming pool are great.

We found this hotel on our Honeymoon while looking for Sheraton hotels in the area. The hotel is very nice (although a little dated). We had an Oceanview room that looked out onto the beach on the top floor which was very nice. The room wasn't huge, but it was bigger than a traditional European room. They have a nice rooftop pool and restaurant as well where you can get good food and drinks.

The location is a fantastic choice, whilst the service at the desk is of a somewhat fine standard. Meanwhile, the service at the terrace is disgustingly slow and banal. The individuals working there are extremely slow at responding to customers, and instead opt for fumbling around and discussing orders between themselves. Additionally, the main courses are terribly overcooked. The quality of the hotel itself is of quite a high standard, but the terrace restaurant drags down the perception of it as a whole. For such a nice position, it would be a fine choice to switch it out for something else, or at least consider training the staff properly or substituting them completely.

I've got robbed, while having dinner at the roof top restaurant. It was the night prior my departure and all of my belongings (bag, phone, ID, wallet, credit cards) got stolen, due to which I had many difficulties in coming back home and many weeks after the trip. Even though the whole incident was filmed by security, the footage was not send to the police as requested. The hotel security team didn't call me back several times. Instead of receiving required help and cooperation on behalf of the hotel I got a frosty treatment from a corporate lawyer saying that "they don't feel responsible". I have never been more disappointed.

Great hotel if you're used to a US style accommodations. Views are fantastic. Central location to Old Nice.

This is a pretty good hotel though it could be better. I like the rooms ( I had a suite ), but for starters, why is it on top of a restaurant? Second of all, the breakfast had very few choices. And final of all, why is the pool on the roof. Me and my children really wanted to go for a swim, but it was never open. Because of this, I spend most of the time outside the hotel. I only go here for 2 days or under on the weekends.Otherwise it is not so bad at all! Could be better.

The hotel is in a very nice location, perfect for business events.
The room was nice but it could do with more business amenities such as a decent desk, convenient power outlets, etc.
Location and staff are 5 stars, rest is Okay.

We stayed 2 nights over the week end.
The location is probably the best quality of the hotel, literally across the road from the beach and within 10 minutes walk to the old town.
Now the painful bit: the room was quite basic to say the least, the bath tub could definitely do with some maintenance as it had enamel chipping away by the bucket.
The carpet in the room and the corridors was visibly stained.
The bed a bit on the small side, but this could help the romance I guess...
The corridors are definitely in need of redoing.
Don't expect a water kettle in the room as you won't get one.
All things one could put up with but seen the price tag I was sincerely expecting more.
The roof terrace restaurantand pool are a nice bonus.
Staff were helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, at the city edge of the park and on the cost boardwalk. The room are nice a look like they are well maintained.

The roof-top pool is good, however no place to hang out around it. Not a huge problem with big terrace that comes with the room, but still cumbersome to go back and forth between your room and the pool.

A hotel feels a bit worn, but nothing that would impede on the overall experience, which was absolutely great. The sea and city views from the terrace were spectacular. The room and bathroom was spacious and very light, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, looking out onto sea.

The staff was particularly helpful and efficient, professionally handling our custom requests for breakfast, lat checkout, etc.

Unfortunately there is no free beach access but they do partner with one of the places across the street. It's also an easy walk to to get to Old Town.
