Le service n'est vraiment pas au niveau. La nourriture est correcte sans plus. Le vrai plus est le vin, ce qui est un peu "normal" vu la région.

Modern restarant in beautiful village doing some seriously cool stuff with food. Great experimental, playful dishes (look out for the salt cod ball 'amuse bouche', a sort of edible executive toy!). I was staying just along the lane at the Hotel Andre Ziltener, as part of a Headwater (UK) gastronomic walking holiday, and the meal was out of this world.

The carte is certainly a good deal at 32 Euros, but the food was more miss than hit and the service is S-L-O-W. No refilling of the wine, no offer of water (terribly thirsty). The service was so bad we asked for cheese and dessert and check at once and it still took SO long that I had to bring the check with credit cards up to the oblivious head waiter.
The lamb was undercooked, one of the two pieces I had for Cote de Veau was half fat. The juice/sauce was marvelous, but the vegetables and potatoes were not seasoned well enough. The warm cheese in a pot doesn't work. The amuse bouche mushroom soup and egg was fabulous, best thing of the meal. But overall... MEH!

Absolut geniales Menü zu einem sehr realistischen Preis. Gigantische Weinauswahl. Mehr als empfehlenswert!

Très bonne table à prix abordable dans un cadre agréable, le midi il existe même un menu du marché à 20€. Dommage que le service soit épouventablement long...

Un maître d'hôtel aux petits soins. Des mets succulents. Tarif des vins plus qu'honnête. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
