Je sors actuellement au pain quotient, nous sommes le 27 novembre 2016, 11:35.
J'ai pris un petit dej, supplément œuf à la coque... une dizaine d'euros. Tout se passait bien jusqu'à ce que ma tasse de chocolat chaud, légèrement humide d'un côté , glisse de mon index. Résultat, je me retrouve avec plein de chocolat chaud sur moi, sur la table bien évidemment, par terre etc!
Tout le monde l'a vu: les clients, les serveurs. Toute gênée je m'active pour nettoyer tout ça, en commençant bien sûr par mes vêtements. Mais aucun des serveurs n'a bougé le petit doigt !!!
Mon compagnon, qui essuyait la table en même temps, s'est arrêté net pour regarder la réaction du personnel, et là il me dit: "c'est dingue, ils prétendent tous ne rien voir, personne ne bouge le petit doigt alors qu'ils ont tous vu!"
Je regarde autour de moi, et en effet c'était le cas. Une serveuse, grande brune, qui a bien regardé mon copain dans les yeux, s'est levée, a pris son manteau et est sortie fumer. Je tiens à préciser que nous étions à l'intérieur, en plein centre de la grande table située juste au milieu , et qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde.
Les serveurs demandaient à côté de moi si tout s'est bien passé... pas un regard à ma table dégueulasse.
Nous sommes en train de partir, il est 11:47, et personne n'a toujours pas levé le petit doigt.
Je conseillerai d'y aller seulement si les autres endroits sont pleins car le service est déplorable!!!

Very cosy place to have breakfast. Many kinds of different healthy bread with lots of jars of jam and honey. Good service, too.

It's the same menu as London but that's ok and there's a nice outdoor seating area. The smoked salmon and lentil salad is good.

Contrary to other reviews, service here was abysmal. Besides not being able to get an explanation of the breakfast/lunch options,
the older male staff were very patronising. Later it turned out they had forgotten our order and sat down to lunch.
The staff mocked us in French behind our backs assuming we couldn’t understand what they were saying.
Avoid this place!

We had a very bad experience in this restaurant and the owner or the responsible person made us feel that it's because we are not from France. First of all, he showed us places to sit but never brought any utensils or made an attempt to take our order. We had to try very hard to have our orders taken and have some utensils and tap water. We gave a quite simple order: an oatmeal and some scrambled eggs with 2 cups of coffee. Although oatmeal and coffee came within 5-10 minutes, the eggs never showed up. We waited for some 30-40 minutes and it never came. When we asked for some bread, the same person showed the menu in a very angry way, indicated that we have to choose from the menu. Finally, we decided that they didn't order correctly and we should leave. When we wanted to pay, the bill came with the eggs in it. When we said nobody brought the eggs, the same person claimed that it was ready and waiting to be served. As far as I know, no scrambled eggs would take 40 minutes of preparation, and would be waited to be served. When it's ready, it's ready. Instead of apologizing, the guy kept complaining at us, and while we were leaving he was still looking with an angry face saying some words in French. In short, AVOID this place!
