J’ai eu de la chance d’être logé dans ce petit hôtel charmant en plein centre de Nice. Endroit tranquille pour se loger, les commerces sont juste à côté, l’endroit est propre et facile d'acces.

Great location for beach promenade, city shopping streets, public transportation and bus 98 to airport. However, its on 3rd floor (named 2nd floor in building) with no elevator. Small room with pedestrian street view, AC worked good, minibar and TV.

Stayed in an economy room, it was small but good for its price; also less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Seems to be family run and the owner and her son were pleasant and helpful. A fresh breakfast is served directly to your room for €8. Only problem was the electricity went out in my room but they had an electrician come within 10 minutes and it was fixed. They were nothing but hospitable and should I find myself back in Nice I'd be happy to return.

I was completely taken with the ambiance of this place. My host was awesome. I had the pleasure of a fabulous street performer at the nearby intersection playing and singing beautiful songs. I knew it was an excellent location.... but it was even better than expected. In case you need to know where Chanel, Armani, YSL, LV, etc etc are.... they are in this street.
