Excellent restaurant, fantastic authentic Indian food, great ambiance, helpful staff.

In summary, staff was nice, presentation was good, but i came for the food, that's all i care about and it simply wasn't up par, because it was cold. Shame!

Le Rajwal serves the real taste of Indian curry. Food was more than excellent. The service was fantastic and the food recommended by the staff was outstanding. The place was very clean and tidy.

Best food i had in Bordeaux, top quality service highly recommended ....!

l was given some complimentary 2 day old microwaved cold popadoms and some aweful drink. Not the best start, but hey, they were free, so forget it. Next thing seemed a little off, my wife ordered a Coca cola. What she got was some cheap nasty version of cola, even though the bottle l saw it come from was a Coca Cola bottle.

l went to the resturant filled with hope. l'm an ex-pat who loves curry. I read the reviews here and drove over an hour just for this resturant. The decor is nice, staff polite, but sadly that is the good bit.

One of the excellent indian restaurant in Bordeaux. We had been proposed in terrase and comfortable. Good suggestion from patron. Very good classical music indian ambiance inside restaurant. Service with care. Original punjabi food style with mixed starter. I luv to return back for the original taste and flavour. Yum yum yum...

We were looking for an alternative cuisine for one of the nights during our trip to Bordeaux. Walking around the alleys of historic town, we stumbled upon le Rajwal on a wonderful street filled with restaurants.

It is very nice place to have some famous Indian traditional food. Ambience is fantastic. Taste is very good. However, food quantity is quite less compared to price.

Great food and service!

It became my favourite in Bordeaux and during my entire stay I visited Le Rajwal every evening. Thank you guys for the great service and food.

The food was really delicious and the service was part excellence. Had e stayed longer we would have returned for another cheeky desi dinner!!

Food was fine but not very outspoken spicy. It didn't help I got there with high expectations after reading the Google and TripAdvisor reviews.

Mains came, again, well presented, nice flavour, but cold, the food should have been piping hot. It's crazy, the flavours and taste were there, freshly made, but just cold, i don't get it.

Entres came, well presented, the taste was there, but luke warm, and on an ice cold tray, so the food was getting colder buy the second. Also 1 of the sheek kebabs was undercooked and inedible.
