Really enjoyed our meal here. We spotted this place during a walk and felt very lucky to have found it. Le Tabarin has a definite neighborhood feel. The lamb shank was delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful with suggestions on the menu (menu was only French). The menu isn't extensive but includes well executed staples of local French cuisine...tartar, gratin, onion soup, duck, lamb and fish. Our server didn't speak English but gave a good try with it and was very gracious in our attempts to communicate with her in broken French.

Great place, I went there during my holiday in Paris and would definitely go back. The waiter was really hopeful to help us choose the wine. Good food and good atmosphere

A friend and I stayed in the neighborhood, in a hotel just a block away. When searching for a good dinner spot within walking distance, this listing popped up, so we dropped in for our first meal in Paris - and what an awesome meal it was.

One of my go to places near Bastille. Small neighborhood bistro, open Sundays. Friendly service, okay prices, and good food.

Good food played safe at a fair price with lovely service. All the food needs is a twist and it's 5 stars easily.
